Unique Apparels according to your Zodiac Sign

Unique Apparels according to your Zodiac Sign (just for fun ;-)

If you’re on the hunt for unique apparels that showcase your personal dress sense then Tshirt printing would be a great way to express your individual style. Ever tried dressing according to your zodiac sign? You can print your zodiac sign on your t shirts. Here’s a quick guide to each zodiac sign and how that can relate to your fashion and design choices.
Aries:

Arians are trend setters wherever they go, but make sure not to over-do it! Choose mythological creatures and signs to print in multiple colours on both the front and back of your t shirt.

Taurus:

You prefer comfortable clothes all the time. Use a single colour to print simple designs, or your zodiac sign in solid colour on your t shirt.

Gemini:

Geminis have dual personalities thus love almost any kind of apparel. Go ahead and experiment with t shirt printing as you wish.

Cancer:

You admire beauty. Choose a variety of t shirts (full sleeve, half sleeve, round neck, turtle neck, and collared t shirts) and print your favourite quote, image or your zodiac sign on it.

Leo:

You have an abundance of self confidence.  You naturally follow a royal appeal and your zodiac sign colours are gold and red. Dark colours also compliment your look. Remember less is more. Choose minimalistic designs for t shirt printing.
Virgo:

You love sensual designs.  White is the perfect colour for your style. Try printing bold graphics of your zodiac sign on a deep neck white t shirt.

Libra:

You expect harmony and balance in love. Your zodiac sign colours include light to mid-blue so try printing your zodiac sign on t shirts of light blue and lilac.

Scorpio:

Scorpions love seductive outfits. Women can try printing their zodiac sign on feminine t shirts that are decorated with lace.

Sagittarius:

You love to play around and often wear belts. Girls can print their zodiac sign on peasant t shirts, belted at the hip.

Capricorn:

You always purchase good quality clothing. You prefer tailored clothing and designer labels. Your clothes are your status symbol. Adapt t-shirt printing as you like, print your zodiac sign on well tailored t shirts.

Aquarius:

You are free-spirited and rebellious. You love to wear comfortable tees while daring to try loud and bold fashion statements. You can fabricate a wardrobe revolution with t shirt printing.

Pisces:

You are a day dreamer. You are creative so let your ideas flow to add unique tees to your wardrobe using t shirt printing. Print your zodiac sign and then add a bit of shimmer by sewing beads and sequins on your t shirt.

Tips for Top Quality T Shirt Printing

Tips for Top Quality T Shirt Printing

If you’re planning on designing custom t shirts for your staff or as an event giveaway you’ve probably already got a clear picture in your mind of the look you’re aiming to achieve. But now the question is how you can get it looking exactly how you envisage it. If you’re new to customising apparel then here are a few pointers for you to consider before you finalise your design and begin printing.

High quality design – Vector and high resolution raster images

The quality of the image you use for t shirt printing is critic to your final look. Using an image of low resolution, such as JPG and BMP file formats, and printing it much enlarged will make the resulting image pixilated. If you print the image bigger you just get bigger pixels. Therefore always use high resolution raster images for t shirt printing. The issue can be overcome by using vector images. Resolution will no longer be a concern because vector file formats like EPS pr SVG do not contain pixels. There are tools that help you convert raster files into vector format but remember they are only of limited use.

Use of colours

Often using only two colours you can create an impressive looking design. This is the easiest thing to do. You can use three or more colours but make sure it doesn’t confuse the image or text you’re displaying. If your design is based on a clever, bold idea it would look good even in black and white. Some colours are sought after in specific seasons or to associate a specific mood or feeling. If you intend to use quite a few different colours digital printing is the solution, while screen printing is ideal for printing using just a couple of colours.

Professional advice

If you’re making your own t shirt designs for the first time, be inspired by the work of professionals. But don’t commit your designs to print until you’ve consulted an honest and knowledgeable opinion.  Avoid wastage and boost your chance of producing top quality print images with the advice from the professionals who have the skills and expertise to address your needs.

T-shirts for Kids

T-shirts for Kids

Wouldn’t it be great if your kids could wear something fashionable but different to all the other kids, something fun and exciting for them to feel comfy and look cool in? T shirt printing is a great option if you dream of collecting new items with individual style for your toddlers’ wardrobe. And even for the smallest of cool kids, or the tallest in the class, t shirt printing technology is capable of decorating t shirts of any size, providing perfect fitting t shirts with original designs.

Digital t shirt printing is ideal for creating unique apparel for your kids. It uses a printer which soaks ink onto fabric to create an image. There are no limits to the designs or colours you can print on your kids t shirts so be imaginative. Obviously you will choose solid coloured t shirts but be adventurous and print images on t shirts that have stripes or dots to accentuate and complement your chosen print. A floral pattern or other loud prints for your background material might clash with your image, font or colours, but be experimental and find new combinations to wow and impress.

If you’re planning a promotional campaign for your business that provides goods and services specifically for kids, then you can target both the kids and their parents. A keen marketing trick by many businesses is free giveaways of branded stickers, t shirts and umbrellas in order to make their brand name popular. You can freely distribute t shirts that bear your brand name and logo on the front and back for both kids and parents in relevant sizes. Screen printing is a popular method of creating promotional t shirts to cater for bulk orders.

Ever wondered how screen t-shirt printing works? A stencil and ink are required. The stencil acts as a negative of the desired image and the ink is soaked into the areas that are not covered by the stencil. This way the image is achieved. Screen printing is the appropriate choice for producing hundreds of t shirts while digital printing or DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is perfect for a small number of t shirts.

Recycle Fashion: Create Tube Tops Using Old T Shirts

Recycle Fashion: Create Tube Tops Using Old T Shirts

With an idea in your mind you can expand your wardrobe without spending much! Let your creativity flow and design garments and accessories that can’t to be found in stores. Digital t shirt printing is a high tech process for printing artwork on materials. However, you can sew, make patterns with beads and dare to experiment with a handmade creation. This article explains how you can craft unique tube tops from your old t shirts. Follow the instructions to enhance your wardrobe with a beautiful new addition.

Instructions:

  • Turn your T shirt inside out.

  • Cut the sleeves off the tee shirt, including the stitching that holds the sleeves in place.

  • Cut off the top of the t shirt about an inch below the neck hole in a straight line. Be careful to cut in a straight and even line through both layers of the t shirt.

  • Pin the cut edges of the t shirt which held the sleeves. Sew the side edges. You now have the tube of your tube top.

  • Measure the diameter of your chest, just above your bust line, right where your armpits start.

  • Subtract ¼ inch from the measurement and cut a piece of elastic matching that length.

  • Fold the top inch, all the way around the top of the tube, and pin it in place.

  • Attach a safety pin to one end of the piece of elastic and move it through the folded area. When the elastic has covered the entire diameter sew the two ends of the elastic.

  • Turn the top right side out. Your tube top is ready to wear!

You can create an awesome looking tube top with a t shirt that you no longer like to wear. So not only will you save money but you’ll have a truly original item that you can wear with pride and be the envy of your fashion seeking friends.

Try t shirt printing your favorite quote on a solid colour t shirt and then make a tube top out of it. Draw an imaginary line along the two armpits and print your graphic on the t shirt below the line. You can print on both the front and back of the t shirt. If you want to print in bulk then you should use a screen printing method.

Fabric Care for T Shirts

sewn-in-care-labelFabric Care for T Shirts

T shirts are often designed to be hard wearing, made using durable fabrics. There are some simple tips that you can follow to help your favourite t shirts last even longer. Remember to check the care label and follow the instructions.

T shirts which have been printed on can also be long lasting, despite regular washing. Adding a fabric softener to the final rinse cycle can help keep the fabric fibers soft or hand wash your cotton t shirts to avoid harsh detergents and excess friction from machine washing. Always use non-chlorine bleach. T-shirts made from polyester or nylon can easily be machine washed. Always machine wash t shirts with garments of a similar colour and wash dark colours separately. Line drying is a good option, because some dryers can make t shirts shrink or become misshapen. Do not twist or wring out the t shirt as this could stretch the fabric unevenly.  If you use a dryer remove t-shirts from the dryer as soon as they are dry. Some wool t shirts are washable, while others are dry clean only. Check the care label to see what the manufacturer recommends. If it does not indicate washable take the t shirt to a dry cleaner because it might shrink or distort when washed.

The first step to iron your t shirt is to fill the iron with water before plugging it in. Then set the iron at the required temperature, according to the fabric of the t shirt you are ironing. Low heat is better but cotton can be ironed at a hot temperature as it does not scorch easily. Iron tshirts on the reverse side to protect any t shirt printing and start by ironing the back of the t shirt. Don't forget the sleeves and collar. Do not place a hot iron directly on the t shirt’s design. Never iron a t shirt which is stained as this will ingrain the stain further into the material.

For specific instructions, always refer to the t shirt's sewn-in care label.

T-shirts are multipurpose wardrobe items. Today they are used as
casual wear, corporate wear and as fashionable outerwear for all different
kinds of occasions. The quality and price of t shirts can vary significantly. Whenever
you are on the hunt for t shirts and find a style with a perfect fit, select a few in different colours to mix and match with a range of outfits. Baseball t shirts are a playful style adored by
young and old. A crew neck t shirt is a comfortable classic while V-neck t
shirts give a flattering neckline. Ringer and Henley t shirts are often chosen
by retro and vintage fans. Turtleneck and Mockneck t shirts are great for chillier
weather while sleeveless t shirts help you stay cool in the summer sun.

Sizing differs greatly among brands and styles. For instance, a size
large in one brand of t shirt may be larger by a few inches in the sleeve, neck
or armhole than another brands. Choose a T-shirt with sufficient width across
the shoulders and around the sleeve for a fit that is easy to wear and looks
great.

Comfort, wrinkle resistance and care requirements of a t shirt may vary
depending on its fiber content; check the label for garment information. Often100
percent t shirts do not guarantee shrink resistance so perhaps consider buying the
next size up. Select a T-shirt that will not be shorter and wider after
laundering; the structure of the knit is the determining factor. Buy t shirts
with firm, even and close knitting. Styles and decorative effects on a t shirt can
be very stylish but for lasting attraction make sure the embellishments are
well printed or sewn and check to see if they necessitate special care. Often t-
shirt printing
does not need special care, it is easy to wash and made
for hard wearing.

In order to look your best, it is important to wear colours that
match and complement your skin tone and the rest of your outfit. T shirts of
any colour match well with jeans or simple block colour trousers or shorts. Seasonal
colour matches can be fun for special celebrations such as Christmas and
Halloween, or colour-themed parties. The best thing about t shirts is that you
can wear them to create a winning look for so many different occasions.

College T Shirts & Hoodies Cherish Memories

leavers-hoodiesCollege T Shirts & Hoodies Cherish Memories

T shirts & Hoodies can be a great way for expressing your college or university identity and pride. The college t shirt can, at the same time, be a functional and stylish wardrobe staple.  You can even wear your college’s emblem on your chest to show your support and commitment to the sports team during big matches with rival colleges. College t shirts are an effective way to uphold the college name for those who host college events. They are low maintenance, comfortable casual wear that unite individual students of the same college at a football match, college camp or an exhibition. Wear one to college, sports practice and outdoor events, or for just lazing around at home. College t shirts are durable and affordable and are a great way to bring the feeling of togetherness among peers of a college. It is an awesome way to reveal the passion you hold for being part of an exclusive group which you cherish.

Funny college t shirts are an inexpensive, easy to wear, unofficial college uniform.  Why not take the stress out of those sleepy mornings and get five or more funny shirts to be worn throughout the week for that hassle-free start to the day? T-shirts can be found to complement any casual or smart-casual outfits. T-shirts come in small, medium, large and x-large sizes for children and adults so that all people of all sizes will be able to find a shirt that fits them comfortably.

Tshirt printing for college t shirts can be incredibly varied. Some may choose to have significant quotes or mottos printed. Some may have funny phrases that make fun of certain study subjects. Some may have the picture of a particular college sports team on the front and name and logo on the back. Whatever is printed it is a definite way to cherish your college time memories. Get some college t shirts printed for wearing and selling at college exhibitions or to alumni members. A bit of temptation for the boys is that girls often measure a guy’s faithfulness by what the wears. If a guy wears his college or university t shirt then it shows an unshaken devotion for alma mater, which gives a girl some hope they might possess similar devotion for their chosen partner. By wearing college t shirts you can represent your college wherever you go. On another level you can contribute to your college charity funds by purchasing a college t-shirt, or even getting your own printed for a special cause close to your heart and those of the local community.

The Method of T Shirt Embroidery

The Method of T Shirt Embroidery

T-shirt printing is a great way to get your designs on to t-shirts but that’s not the only thing that can be done on t-shirts. T-shirt embroidery is also very common today and can be a more personal and creative touch than simply printing on a t-shirt. Here is a little more info and inspiration about t-shirt embroidery, whether you wish to give it a go yourself or let the professionals work their needle charms to produce a design with real wow factor.

Firstly, selecting the material is very important. T-shirts are generally quite lightweight and stretchy therefore the stretchiness of the material needs to be stabilised. A stabiliser that keeps the shape and consistency of the fabric when washed should be used. Furthermore, a t-shirt consistently rubs against the skin hence the material should not be itchy or irritate your skin. Once the selected t-shirt has been pre-washed, turn it inside out and attach the mesh to the ‘inside out’ side of your t-shirt.

Now, the stretchiness of the t-shirt is stabilized and we have a mesh attached to it. A hoop holds the fabric taut so that your stitches form neatly. The stretch stabilisation and hoop should provide a strong base for the embroidery so that the stitches remain perfect before and after washing.

Mark the starting point of your embroidery, place the hoop on the embroidery machine and select the design you want. Next, place the t-shirt on the stabiliser with great care and attach two to three pins to make it hold. Place a water soluble stabiliser on the t-shirt to avoid stitches from dropping into the knit. Insert the desired needle, embroidery thread and bobbin and you are ready to begin sewing. With great care, stitch the t-shirt and your soluble stabilizer to the hoop stabilizer. Be careful for pins and remove them as they come along so that you do not sew over them.

Even though embroidery can be a little more expensive and time consuming compared to printing, embroidery shows a much greater level of thought, attention and design flare, therefore at the end of the day you should be pleased with your efforts.

Screenking has been in the t-shirt printing embroidery business for years and are experts in what we do, using the latest technology to produce cost efficient and beautifully crafted designs. Place your order with us and we will definitely not let you down!

The Basics of T shirt Printing

The Basics of T shirt Printing

Whether it’s for personal use, a hen night gift or for promotional use, finding the right t-shirt, the right printing techniques and a great design can be mind boggling, so it’s worthwhile getting a bit of advice from the professionals before you make your final decision.  Below is a basic guide to t-shirt printing.

In an ideal world you will be looking for the cheapest t-shirt with the best quality. But how will you go about finding that perfect combination? We recommend that you look beyond the marketing techniques and jargon to truly understand the quality of product and services on offer in the market place. Many companies can mislead you by giving limited or wrong information which could end up with you paying a lot more than you first thought, or with a disappointing, sub-standard product.  If you’re buying promotional t shirts to boost your brand then a top class image will be far more appealing to your potential customers.

The art of screen printing and digital printing depends on the kind of material it is put on. The higher the quality of the material, the better the quality of the final print. Therefore, choosing a top quality t-shirt material is vital in getting a good quality t-shirt print. In addition to the material, high quality ink, effective printers, skilled tailors and efficient and knowledgeable workers throughout the entire supply chain is also very important in finishing the product to a high standard. As the saying goes, better input leads to better output. If your t-shirt material is good but the tailor sewing the t-shirt, or the quality of ink used, is not that great, the finished product will not be its best. Therefore it is important to make sure that the resources at every stage of production are of premium quality for a finished product that beats the competition.

With such a competitive market you will be flooded with information and websites offering you products and packages, which on first appearance, are very similar.  However it may prove costly for you in the long run if you cut corners and choose a supplier based on a low quote alone.  Instead, look for a t-shirt printing company that will give you great service, are knowledgable and open about their production methods and costs and provide excellent quality at a decent price. Screenking (UK) will not require you to sacrifice an affordable deal for superior quality. Our rates reflect a very fair opportunity for all our valued customers, to whom we deliver top quality t-shirt printing.

Screen Printing or Digital Printing: Which is better?

Screen Printing or Digital Printing: Which is better?

Custom made t-shirts today are now produced using two main methods; screen printing or digital printing.  Each has its differences and there are reasons why people choose either one of the two.

Screen printing is a technique that has been very common since the early 1900’s. This old form of printing originated in China and was then adapted by Japan and other Asian countries. As time moved on, screen printing techniques improved with advances in technology. Early methods of screen printing involved using a woven mesh to support a stencil that blocks ink. The stencil then forms open areas of mesh which transfer ink onto printable materials. A fill blade moves across the stencil forcing ink onto the mesh openings to create a sharp-edged image. Today, this stencil makes a design on a fine mesh covered with an impermeable substance. Ink is then forced onto the mesh openings by the fill blade and onto the surface on which the print has to be made. This method of printing is also known as silkscreen or serigraph printing and allows for many colours to be used.

Digital printing (DTG direct to garment) is a more recent method that has been invented. As the name suggests, this type of printing involves transferring a digital based design directly onto material. This technique works very much like your ink jet printer at home. Instead of printing on paper, this specialised printer prints on material of a t-shirt. Digital printing is a process that is easier than screen printing but generally costs more. Furthermore, this method allows multiple colours to be used without having to make a screen for each colour. If changes need to be made for every t-shirt printed, it can be easily done with digital printing by adjusting the parameters set using the computer program; there are no plates or stencils that have to be altered with every change.

Which process is better? Both have their pros and cons so the better process usually depends on your requirements.  High quality and detailed design printing is usually done using digital printing. In the past, when only screen printing was available, t shirt printing could only be ordered in bulk quantities. Now, companies with small orders usually opt for digital printing as this method is faster for small quantities, while screen printing is faster for larger quantities. Screenking, for example, offer competitive prices at great quality. With over 25 years of experience in this field, we are fully aware of customer needs and try our absolute best to satisfy them each and every time.

Choosing the Right T-shirt Printing Type

Choosing the Right T-shirt Printing Type

If you want a certain product, there are many ways of getting it or making it. Technology has advanced so much today to give you a wide range of options for getting the job done. When it comes to t-shirt printing, the market provides us with three different options. Each of these printing types can print t-shirts for men, women and kids. In addition to t-shirts, hoodies and other types of promotional clothing can also be printed. Each of these printing types has their own pros and cons, so for this reason they each focus on a niche where they fit best.

The three most commonly used Tshirt printing types are screen printing, direct to garment DTG printing and heat transfer printing. Screen printing is done by using a screen that filters the ink to particular areas which are to be printed on. A stencil, known as the negative of the proposed image is produced by using non-permeable material. The ink is then absorbed into the areas of material that are permeable, hence producing a controlled image. Screen printing is the most common of all three and is generally recommended for mass printing on t-shirts or hoodies. This is because a stencil is created and it can be used repeatedly for production.

Direct to garment printing works just like a conventional ink jet printer. Exactly like the way in which paper is printed on with an ink jet printer, the image gets printed on a t-shirt by a special printer for printing on material. This kind of printing is faster than screen printing and provides the user with more colour variations for their printed design.

Heat transfer printing, as the name suggests, uses heat to transfer a picture from a paper called a carrier paper onto the t-shirt material. The ink is transferred from the surface of the carrier paper to the fabric by using heat pressure on the carrier paper. A very common way of performing this technique is by ironing on the carrier paper for some time until the ink moves on to the t-shirt.

Depending on the kind of product you require and the quantity of products will indicate which type of printing is most suitable for your particular need. Each style caters accordingly. Large quantities are catered for by screen printing or heat transfer printing as these methods are not very costly. Smaller print jobs but of high quality can be done through direct to garment printing. T shirt printing is a flexible, affordable promotional solution for a broad range of customers.

Types of T-Shirt Printing

Types of T-Shirt Printing

Promotional T Shirts is an excellent way to promote an event, business, organisation, cause or to express your creativity. What can you do when you want to spread awareness about a product or a brand? You can consult a professional T Shirt printing company who will accept bulk orders and deliver the goods within the shortest time span. This way you can get your staff, students, team or colleagues to promote whatever it is just by bearing the logo on their back or chest.

When you run a big business and require bulk T-Shirt printing, the screen printing technique becomes the best option as it is quick and cheap. The screen that is used in this method can be used for repeated productions with minimal hassle, thus enabling the products to be delivered in quick time and promptly delivered to the customer’s doorstep. The other technique that is commonly used is the heat pressing method which has roots back through history. This technique relies solely on heat and steam and is ideal for instances when you need to use multiple colours for the desired image. The designs that are produced are more attractive than the images applied through screen printing. The cost is a bit higher than the other methods, but the customer base still includes the younger generation and passionate art students who like to stand out from the crowd in T-shirts with bold wording and artwork that expresses their sense of creativity. Screen printing requires very few tools as well. A woven mesh and ink are the two main tools needed in order to accomplish the perfect image. A stencil extracted from the desired image is placed on top of the woven mesh. A T-shirt is then placed on a flat surface right underneath the screen. Next, with the use of a roller, the screen is exerted with pressure to force the ink to seep into the T-shirt material, thus producing the final outcome. As the screen can be used repetitively, this method is recommended for high volume orders as it is fast and economical.

DTG, or direct-to-garment, is the latest type of printing method used by the pioneer T-shirt manufacturing plants that need their printed T-shirts to be crisper and full of clarity. In such cases, DTG is the method that is most often opted for as it offers the best picture quality and allows many variations in design. So basically, how it works is that the T-shirt is placed in a printer that resembles the Ink Jet, and the desired design is then printed onto to the T-shirt by means of laser technology.

T-Shirt Printing: The Perfect Marketing Tool

T-Shirt Printing: The Perfect Marketing Tool

Need to build your brand by helping people recognise your products? Design a T-shirt with a strong and effective logo that will permanently set in the minds of your existing customer base and potential future clients. It is important that the logo you design can be easily incorporated into every single T-shirt that will be worn by the group. Customised T-shirts or promotional T Shirts help let your customers know who you are, what to expect, and whom to approach when they need your products or services. For this purpose, consulting a professional T-shirt printing company is always the best marketing strategy you can use for the betterment of your business. There are a variety of clothing products in the market and selecting them can depend on your style and preference. Once you have settled with the desired T-shirt type, you can set out on designing a great logo. If you have already decided on the right logo all that is left to do is order a batch of T-shirts with your chosen logo. T Shirt printing will be worth every penny you invest.

In the T-shirt printing industry, you will find that there are three different methods that are commonly used. Each method has its own purpose and choosing the right method is important to avoid wasting money on a batch of T-shirts too large for your needs, or face low quality results. Out of the three methods, a common type used is heat transfer. This is quite a complicated process which needs a type of source of heat which is used to transfer the ink onto the T-shirt. The final outcomes of heat pressed T-shirts are usually crisp, clear and show more quality that a T-shirt that has been printed using the screen printing method. The design will first be printed using the appropriate mixture of ink, paper and printer. The design is then placed onto the shirt and heat is applied to it so as to achieve the desired effect. The ink tends to dry very quickly and in most cases is considered almost permanent. This printing process is a bit slower than the other two methods and is ideal for low and mid volume orders. The other two methods are screen printing and direct to garment which are both ideal for high volume production. Screen is cheaper comparatively and quicker as the screen that is used for a single logo can be used repeatedly, as desired. Direct to garment printing is a more sophisticated process that needs the help of a printer and laser technology in order to create high quality images with clarity and finesse.

T-Shirt Printing and its Perks

T-Shirt Printing and its Perks

T-shirt printing has taken the textile industry by storm. It has become an increasingly popular trend for people to source T-shirt printing companies in order to promote their products and services in the form of an image or slogan on a T-shirt. T-Shirt Printing does not limit itself to commercial purposes alone. There are numerous instances when non-profit organisations use printed T-shirts to raise funds for charitable causes as well. The ability to design the T-shirt according to the customer’s own choice, style and preference, allowing them to modify and develop the design until maximum satisfaction is achieved, are the main reasons as to why T Shirt printing is considered as a smart and economical choice.  Why not get a photograph of your best friend, sibling, partner or loved one and express your love through T-shirt printing right there on your chest. These are lovely gifts too, a unique gesture to be cherished by those on the receiving end. Even schools and sports teams opt for printed T-shirts as it helps create awareness about their institution, committee, group or ‘’brand’’ that they represent. It is easy to generate a logo that represents the establishment with the help of the user friendly technology used in design today.

There are several ways to print T-shirts.  A common method used is screen printing, performed using a screen, as the name of the method suggests. This is a comparatively easy technique which enables the image to be transferred to the T-shirt resulting in a neat and clear finish. It’s quick, cheap, effective and popularly used around the world. The heat press method is something that most of us cherish as a childhood memory, when we used to iron images onto our T-shirts. This method is pretty much the same thing as well. Being one of the oldest methods of printing, plenty of individuals still use this technique even in today’s world. The only difference nowadays is that we use many more computer aided techniques to produce the paper transfers compared to those we used to print with. For this technique, a special material is used along with transparent ink that is printed onto the fabric of the T-shirt using means of heat.

Promotional T Shirts are an effective strategy used to promote a particular brand. They are cheap and can be quickly produced within a short time span, as the machinery and technology used in the printing industry is efficient and effective. It is a useful marketing tool for companies to regularly dress their staff in attire with branded logos, but which also brings added benefits by helping to build team spirit and increase moral and productivity.

T-shirt printing is the best thing to ever happen to the apparel industry. There are various types of T shirt printing services that are available on the market. They are all capable of creating prints on kids, men’s, women’s T-shirts and any size promotional T Shirts. Out of the lot, the most common type is definitely screen printing which is done by using a screen which filters the ink onto the portion that needs a print on. A stencil made of non-permeable material is used and acts as a negative of the image in concern. The ink then seeps into the areas without the permeable material and the outcome is the beautiful image that is desired. The use of this screen helps obtain an image with perfect outlines and maximum neatness which makes the print look most appealing to the eye. Screen printing is highly popular for mass production as the stencils can be used repeatedly to reproduce the same image without having to be replaced each time. Because of this, screen printing is the strategy used when we need to produce printed T Shirts and promotional T Shirts in bulk. Screen printing is far better than embroidery printing in most aspects, especially for a big run of shirts for the mass market in quick time.

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is another method used with the means of a printer that is specifically meant for creating images straight onto fabric. The process resembles ink jet printing which basically performs the same task. This method however is comparatively faster and allows you to splurge your creativity as DTG printing allows for many colour variations. Next is the heat transfer method of printing which is done by application of heat in order to transfer the desired image from a carrier material, most commonly paper, onto the fabric of the T shirt. Remember how we used to iron a transfer onto our T-shirts and shirts when we were young? This is the same principle followed with the heat transfer method as well.

Assume you run or own a company that employees a significant number of staff and you are looking for new ways to advertise your business. How could you build recognition for your group? Well, a great way would be to consult a reliable T-shirt printing company and order a bulk of promotional T-shirts that will get your company and logo seen out there by the public.
